The Chiaravalli worm gear reducers are motion transmission organs which are coupled to the electric motors and determine, through their characteristics, such as the reduction ratio, the final speed coming from from the electric motor and which is transmitted to the output of the slow shaft of the reducer. They are therefore essential mechanical transmission components for generic applications, from small mechanical constructions to product movements in industries of any type and nature.
The Chiaravalli worm gearboxes are produced with a robust casing which allows them to absorb all mechanical stresses, they are available in all variants to be perfectly adapted to any electric motor and are built according to the PAM IEC standards. Therefore totally compatible with any alternative brand. Chiaravalli gearboxes are equipped right from the start with mineral oil which guarantees excellent lubrication and are maintenance-free, so it is not necessary to change the internal oil for the entire useful life of the gearbox.
In this configuration the Chiaravalli gearboxes have the following characteristics:
- Size: CHM 40
- MEC flange: 63
- Flange type: B14
- Reduction ratio: 1/80
Chiaravalli worm gearboxes have a square shape and are ideal for mechanical assemblies due to their remarkable versatility. The processing of the components with which it is built, being carried out with numerical control machines, guarantees maximum precision of the narrow tolerances, thus allowing to obtain a product that is reliable over time. All the cases are painted in RAL 9022 aluminum color to protect the parts from corrosion, aging and to obtain a pleasant aesthetic finish that is harmonized with the mechanical components.

A connection flange allows the combination of two reducers to obtain high reduction ratios.
