Toothed V belt

The toothed V-belts are carefully manufactured with industrial machines in NBR rubber which guarantees high performance and durability over time compared to the normal supply belts available on the market.

The toothed V-belts of the following sections are available in the catalogue:

Toothed V-belt AX section section measurements 13X8 mm
Toothed V-belt BX section section measurements 17X11 mm
Toothed V-belt CX section section measurements 22X14 mm
Toothed V-belt ZX section section measurements section 10X6 mm

ThePIX brand is the leading German brand in the sector that designs and manufacturestoothed trapezoidal belts with the utmost attention to detail and chooses high-quality materials to guarantee durability and performance of use. By choosing this Belt you will guarantee a product with high performance and long life.

Subcategories

AX section

Transmission belts AX section, V-Belt typology, trapezoidal, toothed or notched type are NBR belts for and for the agricultural sector, applications on tractors, such as for example a motor greenhouse. The AX trapezoidal belt allows the transmission of power through the installation on a pulley of adequate section, the section of a belt is identified in particular by the section of the shape of the trapezoid, specifically for the toothed or toothed belt we find:

V-Belt section AX : 13 x 8 millimeters

The toothed or toothed V-belt allows for better cooling of the belt during motion, since the teeth decrease the friction area and therefore allow for less overheating with consequent longer life of the belt and more silent operation. V-belts are also available in narrow and toothed versions.

Section BX

Transmission belts BX section, V-Belt typology, trapezoidal, toothed or notched type are NBR belts for and for the agricultural sector, applications on tractors, such as for example a motor greenhouse. The BX trapezoidal belt allows the transmission of power through the installation on a pulley of adequate section, the section of a belt is identified in particular by the section of the shape of the trapezoid, specifically for the toothed or toothed belt we find:

V-Belt section BX : 17 x 11 millimeters

Section CX

Transmission belts CX section, V-Belt typology, trapezoidal, toothed or notched type are NBR belts for and for the agricultural sector, applications on tractors, such as for example a motor greenhouse. The CX trapezoidal belt allows the transmission of power through the installation on a pulley of adequate section, the section of a belt is identified in particular by the section of the shape of the trapezoid, specifically for the toothed or toothed belt we find:

V-Belt section CX : 22 x 14 millimeters

Toothed V belt section ZX

Transmission belts ZX section, V-Belt typology, trapezoidal, toothed or notched type are NBR belts for and for the agricultural sector, applications on tractors, such as for example a motor greenhouse. The ZX trapezoidal belt allows the transmission of power through the installation on a pulley of adequate section, the section of a belt is identified in particular by the section of the shape of the trapezoid, specifically for the toothed or toothed belt we find:

V-Belt section ZX : 10 x 6 millimeters
