Production technology, quality control, environmental protection Our quality objective is "zero defects". All our processes are based on this goal. In addition, many years of experience in sheet metal forming and deep drawing as well as vertical and horizontal forging ensure the necessary product quality in heat treatment, surface technology, grinding as well as lapping and assembly. Continuous quality controls are a key aspect of the production process.
These are integrated directly into the production process through procedures, ensuring a consistently high quality standard for all products. We have an efficient quality management and the quality of our products and processes is certified; all production sites, for example, are certified according to DIN-EN ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO/TS 16 949:2002.
With the validation and certification of our production sites, we are taking a pioneering position in environmental protection.
All of our major production sites are not only certified according to ISO 14001, but also according to the rigorous European Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS).
